I went here today to return seven pairs of Firehose Flex pants and five pairs of shorts. The 'No Bull' warranty had since changed from when I originally bought my clothes; but Jenn, the rep, took excellent care of me. She got everything exchanged and was amazing through the process. Very patient and very helpful. Definitely glad I came here.

3rd Duluth visit this week. 1st one was in Indiana the 2nd was North of Detroit Michigan and this location being the 3rd. I love the cleanliness of the stores and the consistency with customer service. It’s my goal to visit every store and so far I am at 20 of them. If you haven’t checked them out I would urge you to stop by and check them out. If you live far away hit them up online. You will be hooked on them.

Loved the store and the staff was beyond helpful. The clearance area had amazing deals and the rest of the store is packed with the usual high quality stuff. I also enjoyed all of the knickknacks by the checkout as well. I purchased some underwear and shorts and so far, I love them!!

Best customer service I have experienced in years! The greeter (Peter) was very friendly and explained the sales very well! Also talked to us about the 1950s tractor in the store (we own the same model in a 1947). When checking out we had Peggy who was extremely helpful and friendly.

I love shopping for my work pants at Duluth Trading. The ones I get are sturdy, stretchy and comfortable. (Fire hose relaxed style)

My husband and I went inside the store yesterday, specifically to see if the store has denim cargo pants for men. The white-haired gentleman who helped us was fantastic. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was the epitome of excellent customer service. When we are in the area next time we will go back.

I went in thinking I might buy a pair of shorts or two and left having definitely bought two (and almost a third). Wearable stuff from Duluth is strong, durable, holds up to manual work (whether it's actual job stuff or just crawling around the garage fixing things at odd angles). In fact, I was kind of hoping of NOT getting their Firehose shorts but you know what...they felt so damn comfy, breathed well, didn't chafe or bunch, that that is exactly what I ended up with.

I loved my first shopping experience at Duluth. There is a lot to pick from and products are made with good quality materials. The staff go above and beyond to help a person out and are friendly besides.

This is the greatest clothing store of all time. I’m a big dude and extremely picky with clothes meaning I struggle to find things I like in most popular stores. I kid you not - every single item of clothing I pick up in Daluth fits me flawlessly and feels of the highest quality. This place has clothing for work, range days, camping, rain, snow, summer - you name it. Daluth has every type of pants imaginable - you will absolutely find something you like. Sure, they are fairly pricey but their clothing is high quality and lasts. Their one year return policy is unlike any other and the customer service is top notch. I will likely never buy another pair of jeans, work pants, or range pants anywhere else for the rest of my life. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
